Patients are asked to bring any medical records or prescriptions with them.

Your donations help us provide essential medical care.

As a donor you have the satisfaction of knowing you have improved, and occasionally saved, someone’s life and contributed to improving health care access in our community. Despite being open only one night a week, our Clinic has a huge impact in the greater Winston-Salem area. Since 2018, we have served over 2,300 patients. In 2022 alone, The Shalom Project Pharmacy distributed patient medications for free that totaled a value of $442,842 (based on market prices provided by the National Association of Free and Charitable Clinics).

Physical donations are accepted at 639 S Green St during our donation hours listed at the bottom of the page.
